Reservations

All packages marked with * are priced with the package reservation starting by 5:30pm. There is an increase in cost for packages booked after 5:30pm and for any substitutions.

Private hot tub rooms can be reserved by paying in advance in person or by phone. You can also hold a reservation with a discount card or with current information held confidentially on file.

To reserve massage, skin care, and spa treatments, you must hold the appointment with a charge card. We will keep your information on file so all you need to do is keep it updated. We do not process your charge until you arrive for your service.

There are often appointments available for the same day during the week. We would recommend as much notice as possible to book all weekend appointments and spa packages.

Pricing Discounts

Senior Citizens 65+ - 10% off except if already discounted.
Children under 7 are free. Children 7-15 are price of adult.
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Sunday – Thursday 8am – 11:30pm
Friday and Saturday 8am – 12:30am

Cancellation Policies

We require a 12 hour notification to change or cancel a hot tub reservation. If you cancel within this time we will try to fill your cancellation, but if we cannot then we will charge you the minimum for the room. If you have paid in advance for your tub reservation and we are able to fill your cancellation then we will put a credit on file for you at Watercourse Way. There are no cash refunds or credit card credits.

Cancellation time for massage is 24 hours. If you cannot give us 24 hours we will try to fill your cancellation and if we cannot there is a fee of $45.

Spa treatments and skin care require a 48 hour notice. If you cannot give us 48 hours we will try to fill your cancellation, but if we cannot then you will owe 50% of the cost of the treatment.

Group bookings and Spa packages require a 72 hour notice of cancellation. The fee for no shows or late cancellations that we cannot fill is 50% of the appointment booked.

General Policies

Persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

No smoking on premises.

The City of Palo Alto prohibits glass, food and alcohol on our premises. To ensure the safety of our customers and to remain in compliance with this ordinance all bags are subject to being inspected. If any customer does not want their bag inspected we reserve the right to refuse service.

We have accessible rooms for hot tubs, massage, skin care, and spa treatments. Please let us know of any special needs when booking your appointments.

Water Quality

In our efforts to provide the cleanest water for our clients, we use an on-site saline generating system which creates the purest form of chlorine from salt, right here at Watercourse Way.
