Group Bookings

We welcome groups and will customize your visit to ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for everyone.

Wedding Packages

Come relax before the big day...or after. Packages are available for couples or bridal parties. Bridal parties love our "connecting tub rooms" that can accomodate 8 to 10 people. Groups of 4 or more booking packages with a hot tub will receive complimentary drink service and a gift for each guest!

Corporate Clients

We are happy to accomodate orders for gift cards for your employees.

Reservations

Reservations can be made by phone for any of our services

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Private hot tub rooms can be reserved by paying in advance in person or by phone. You can also hold a reservation with a discount card or with current information held confidentially on file.

To reserve massage, skin care, and spa treatments, you must hold the appointment with a charge card. We will keep your information on file so all you need to do is keep it updated. We do not process your charge until you arrive for your service.

There are often appointments available for the same day during the week. We would recommend as much notice as possible to book all weekend appointments and spa packages.

Cancellation Policies

We require a 12 hour notification to change or cancel a hot tub reservation. If you cancel within this time we will try to fill your cancellation, but if we cannot then we will charge you the minimum for the room. If you have paid in advance for your tub reservation and we are able to fill your cancellation then we will put a credit on file for you at Watercourse Way. There are no cash refunds or credit card credits.

Cancellation time for massage is 24 hours. If you cannot give us 24 hours we will try to fill your cancellation and if we cannot there is a fee of $45.

Spa treatments and skin care require a 48 hour notice. If you cannot give us 48 hours we will try to fill your cancellation,  but if we cannot then you will owe 50% of the cost of the treatment.

Group bookings and Spa packages require a 72 hour notice of cancellation.  The fee for no shows or late cancellations that we cannot fill is 50% of the appointment booked.
